Any refills or subscription shipments made after your initial order are not eligible for a return, refund, or cancellation after being charged. Please note bamboo toothbrushes are not eligible for return.
We are happy to accept returns of both unopened and opened packages of toothpaste tablets within 30 days of postal delivery. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject RETURN so we can help you.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping costs and we do not offer exchanges for our products. We cannot accept empty jars or more than half used empty bottles or jars. We only accept new and slightly used products.
The return shipment is at the expense of the customer in case your products are returned to us. The customer is free to choose which shipping method is the most economical, we just ask to include the name and order number in the package to avoid delays.
We do not give refunds for requests made by Choose! has been received more than 30 days from the date of original shipment. We also do not offer refunds for returned products damaged by misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use.
