We understand that it takes a lot of time to consciously make environmentally friendly decisions every day. It normally takes a long time to research all the ingredients of the different products as a reliable product. We want to make it easier for you by developing reliable oral care products with a positive impact for people and the planet and delivering them to your doorstep periodically. Our subscriptions help us to structurally minimize residual plastic waste from oral care, so that we can create maximum impact for people and the planet. The first shipment comes with a bamboo refill jar and the following shipments come in a biodegradable refill container made to be placed directly in your bamboo refill jar. How does a customized subscription work? Simply indicate how often you brush your teeth per day and you will be given the choice between an adapted Flexible Refill Plan and an Impact Refill Plan.

• With a Flexible Refill Plan, invoicing and delivery takes place every term (2, 3 or 6 months).
• With an Impact Refill Plan, invoicing and delivery takes place 12 months in advance, allowing you to make maximum impact by also saving on CO2 emissions from deliveries.

Our subscriptions ensure that you always have the desired stock of toothpaste tablets at home. How can I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription at any time through the account page on the Choose! Website. To cancel a subscription, click on the “Subscriptions” on the account page and follow the cancellation instructions. Cancellation requests submitted in this manner must be received from your Box at least one full business day prior to the next ship date to avoid being charged for that Box. Cancellation requests that Choose! received through other channels. If you have any problems, send an email to hello@chooseteethcare.nl. If you don’t have an account on Choose !, just create one with the same email address you used to place your original order and you will see a “Manage Subscriptions” button on your account page. If you cancel your subscription, only future orders will be processed. Previously charged orders will not be canceled. Any refills or subscription shipments made after your initial order are not eligible for a return, refund, or cancellation once shipped. Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer free shipping with a ChooseRefill Plan within the Netherlands. We charge shipping costs when purchasing individual products. What if I don’t feel like a subscription? You always have the option to cancel the subscription. The subscription can also be canceled immediately after the first delivery, so that you are not bound by anything. What are the international shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands? We currently only deliver in Belgium and the Netherlands. A delivery address in Belgium is additionally charged with € 1.95 per delivery. How fast will my placed order be shipped? If in stock, the order will usually be shipped within 1 to 2 days and you will receive the Track & Trace by email. The delivery is usually delivered within 2 to 3 days after the order date within the Netherlands. How can I change my delivery address for my subscription?
