What is the Return Policy of your products? We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied, send us an email within 30 days of the order date to hello@chooseteethcare.nl. We will then see how we can help you, please note the below before contacting us. Any refills or subscription shipments made after your initial order are not eligible for a return, refund, or cancellation after being charged. Please note bamboo toothbrushes are not eligible for return. We are happy to accept returns of both unopened and opened packages of toothpaste tablets within 30 days of postal delivery. Send an email to hello@chooseteethcare.nl with the subject RETURN so we can help you. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping costs and we do not offer exchanges for our products. We cannot accept empty jars or more than half used empty bottles or jars. We only accept new and slightly used products. The return shipment is at the expense of the customer in case your products are returned to us. The customer is free to choose which shipping method is the most economical, we just ask to include the name and order number in the package to avoid delays. We do not give refunds for requests made by Choose! has been received more than 30 days from the date of original shipment. We also do not offer refunds for returned products damaged by misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. What should I do if a product is damaged? Please send us an email immediately upon receipt with the subject “Damaged” + order number + a photo of the damaged product and we will help you as soon as possible! Do you have a discount code that I can give to friends? Yes, with a subscription you will receive a discount code that you can share with friends to also become a member of us. Do you offer an affiliate program for advertisers, bloggers, influencers & youtubers? Yes, we will be offering this in the very short term. We believe in making a positive impact in the world by working with the right partners. Promote our story with supplied branded content and receive a fee for every visitor who makes a purchase. Do you also sell the products to e-commerce or retail parties? Currently we do not sell to e-commerce and retail parties, we have launched an affiliate program for our partners. If you as a practice are interested in a collaboration, please contact us by sending an email to hello@chooseteethcare.nl How much fluoride do the toothpaste tablets contain? The toothpaste tablets contain 1440 ppm of fluoride. What are the packaging made of? We have consciously opted for packaging material that is 100% compostable / biodegradable. And is certified according to the European standard EN 13432. The inside of the package contains a light coating to maintain the quality of the tablets. The coating consists of biobased plastic (PLA: from corn starch or sugar beet is CO2 neutral). The packaging can be disposed of with green waste. Who fell Fluoride levels with Zahnpaste tablets? The toothpaste tablets contain 1440 ppm of fluoride. How does a customized subscription work? Simply indicate how often you brush your teeth per day and you will be given the choice between an adapted Flexible Refill Plan and an Impact Refill Plan.

• With a Flexible Refill Plan, invoicing and delivery takes place every term (2, 3 or 6 months).
• With an Impact Refill Plan, invoicing and delivery takes place 12 months in advance, allowing you to make maximum impact by also saving on CO2 emissions from deliveries.
