Yes, we have added Fluoride as a naturally occurring mineral to our tablets in accordance with the advice of dentists and dental hygienists. It helps prevent cavities through enamel remineralization, which means that fluoride is absorbed by the enamel on your teeth, attracting minerals and thus keeping teeth firm. Fluoride also helps convert enamel hydroxyapatite into fluorapatite, which in turn is more acid resistant and protects against cavities. In this way tooth decay is prevented.

Yes, our toothpaste tablets are perfect for traveling. Unlike toothpaste tubes, the tablets do not contain any liquids, so you no longer have to worry about having to hand them over at customs. In addition, leaking toothpaste tubes in your suitcase are a thing of the past.

Yes, our toothpaste tablets are 100% vegan developed and produced.

Our tablets are developed and manufactured by dental specialists in a laboratory in the UK.

A biodegradable bag contains 90 toothpaste tablets, with which you can brush your teeth for 6 weeks. We assume that you brush your teeth twice a day on average.

Our tablets are safe to swallow (although we would recommend spitting after brushing like any other toothpaste). Since our tablets contain Fluoride and are allowed to contain a minimum dose for children according to legislation

We advise children from 7 years and older to have the tablet taken under the supervision of an adult because of the risk of choking. An alternative could be to grind the tablet into powder and dip the toothbrush bristles into the prepared powder for brushing. We do not recommend our product for children under 7 years old. In that case, the teeth are not yet fully grown, so it is not recommended that the teeth are exposed to Fluoride at that stage.

Bamboo is made of biodegradable material that is considered a type of grass. Bamboo is known as a highly renewable and sustainable resource. It is grown wild in the mountains of China with little water and no pesticides. Our refill pot (bamboo part) and bamboo toothbrush (handle and head minus the bristles) are fully compostable.

Bamboo is a natural product, which means that not all bamboo is the same. As a result, in some cases it can unfortunately happen that the engraving of the logo does not work well. Try to attach the head to the handle with a twisting motion, this is usually easier than pressing the head on the handle without twisting motion. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the account page on the Choose! Website. To cancel a subscription, click on the "Subscriptions" on the account page and follow the cancellation instructions.

Cancellation requests submitted in this manner must be received from your Box at least one full business day prior to the next ship date to avoid being charged for that Box. Cancellation requests that Choose! received through other channels. If you have any problems, send an email to hello@chooseteethcare.nl.

If you don't have an account on Choose !, just create one with the same email address you used to place your original order and you will see a "Manage Subscriptions" button on your account page. If you cancel your subscription, only future orders will be processed. Previously charged orders will not be canceled.

Yes, we offer free shipping with a ChooseRefill Plan within the Netherlands. We charge shipping costs when purchasing individual products.

You always have the option to cancel the subscription. The subscription can also be canceled immediately after the first delivery, so that you are not bound by anything.

We currently only deliver in Belgium and the Netherlands. A delivery address in Belgium is additionally charged with € 1.95 per delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping costs and we do not offer exchanges for our products. We cannot accept empty jars or more than half used empty bottles or jars. We only accept new and slightly used products.

The return shipment is at the expense of the customer in case your products are returned to us. The customer is free to choose which shipping method is the most economical, we just ask to include the name and order number in the package to avoid delays.
